The significance of the anti-poll tax movement

Following an article in the Guardian by Matthew Taylor titled 'Extinction Rebellion protesters to stand in European elections', Coventry Socialist Party member Dave Nellist responded with a letter to the Guardian - click here for the letter - which points out that the XR protests were not "the biggest act of mass civil disobedience in the UK for generations".
