Worcestershire: Stop the fire cuts!
On 21 August, over 80 people attended a protest at Bewdley fire station in Worcestershire against its closure. The protest was called by Save Bewdley Fire Station Campaign, which has collected over 2,000 signatures on its petition against closure.

My local county hospital, the Worcestershire Royal Hospital, made national news on 7 January for all the wrong reasons. It's become clear that between New Years' Eve and midnight on 3 January two patients died on trolleys in corridors.

Worcestershire: hands off our health service!
Worcestershire has been hit time and time again with cuts to its NHS. It's been 16 years since New Labour closed Kidderminster's A&E, last year the Tories and Lib Dems closed the Cookley rehab ward and now the Tories plan to close the GP centre in the Kidderminster hospital.
